This is our story

IE Chartered Certified Accountants (IECCA) started its professional practice in 2006. Its growth over time has been predominantly internal, stemming from the referrals of our client base and those of other professionals. The growth and development of our professional staff has evolved in a similar manner. We have attracted high-quality, committed professionals and invested in their training, development and growth. As a result of those efforts, we have experienced tremendous growth over the past years. This has been in no small way also directly related to the success our clients have had in their business and personal pursuits.

IECCA prides itself as one of the leaders in the Accounting and Business Growth Industry. We provide in-depth technical skills in a variety of disciplines such as tax, financial analysis; sales, marketing, and managing growth as these are critical components in assessing a company’s opportunities and risks.

About Johnny Eliades

Johnny obtained his B.Com degree from the University of the Free State in 1998. He completed his articles with PWC. He furthered his studies and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ACCA. He is a member of The South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).  He serves on the committee of SAIPA – Free State as well as on the committee of ACCA – South Africa.

In 2006 he started his own accounting firm – IECCA, which currently consists offices in Welkom, Johannesburg and Cape Town. In 2009 he became very aware of the high percentage of businesses that fail in South Africa, and that is when he decided to offer services as a management consultant for businesses.  In addition Johnny is a Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment specialist, he does seminars on the subject and offers consulting to companies for BBBEE, He also has a passion for Life Coaching, and hence started the Ioannis Eliades International Group.

A group of companies which is comprised of:

  1. IECCA – Accounting firm for accountability and systems.
  2. Johnny Eliades International – For teams and personal development.
  3. Ioannis Eliades Investments – Creating passive wealth through investment in equity of companies.
  4. I.E Empowerment – Specializes in BEE services, such as; BBBEE rating and BBBEE Training and consulting.
