Johnny obtained his B.Com degree from the University of the Free State in 1998. He completed his articles with PWC and furthered his studies to qualify as a chartered accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Johnny is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and ACCA. He serves on the SAIPA—Free State and ACCA—South Africa committees.
In 2006, he started his chartered accounting firm, IECCA, which currently has offices in Welkom, Johannesburg, and Cape Town. In 2009, he discovered that a high percentage of businesses in South Africa fail, and he then decided to offer management consulting services. In addition, Johnny is a Broad-Based Black economic empowerment specialist. He offers BBBEE seminars and consults with companies to ensure compliance. He also has a passion for life coaching, leading to the founding of the Ioannis Eliades International Group.
